Shir Joy Chorus brings people together through the power and joy of Jewish music. We explore the depth and diversity of Jewish musical traditions — across genres, languages, and denominations — building the vocal, ensemble, and performance skills of our volunteer singers while fostering cross-cultural understanding among all who join us. Through dynamic programming and newly commissioned works, we use Jewish music to inspire Jewish life, culture, and continuity, building community among our members and connecting with the audiences we serve.
